Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

The approximate shipping time accords to each country are varies.

Depending on the destination of the package, customs, holidays, and other delays, shipping times can vary. Our estimated shipping times will be between 5-20 days.

All shipments are insured and tracked with tracking numbers provided.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. Is there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier depending on your area. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with you regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

If your shipping status has not changed it may be delayed.

Delivery time delays can be due to weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information is available only after your order has been shipped.
